Riding great isn’t just about technique - it’s about confidence, mindset, and how your body performs. My 1:1 coaching combines practical skills, mental strategies, and functional fitness to help you ride safer, stronger, and with more enjoyment.
We work on technical skills to make your riding smoother and more controlled, explore mindset blocks that can hold you back, and build the physical strength and resilience your body needs on the trails. Fear, self-doubt, or hesitation aren’t flaws - they’re signals we can work with to help you ride with confidence and freedom.
Every session is personal, practical, and focused on your goals. My approach is designed to help you feel empowered, capable, and excited to get on your bike, turning every ride into an opportunity to grow, challenge yourself, and enjoy the trails
Full Day
A full day gives you the time and space to fully immerse yourself in your learning. With up to six hours of coaching, you’ll have the opportunity to explore multiple areas of your riding, whether that’s nailing technical sections, improving your flow, or tackling those features you’ve been avoiding. The extended time allows for plenty of sessioning, practising, and refining techniques, as well as breaks to recharge and reflect. A full day is ideal if you’re looking for significant progress, want to tackle a variety of skills, or need time to build your confidence
Half Day
If you’re short on time or prefer a more focused session, a half day (approximately three hours) is the perfect option. Half days are designed to maximise progression in a shorter period, making them a great choice for fitting coaching into your schedule or for riders who prefer more concentrated bursts of learning.
